Unclaimed Armed Forces Pensions
Each year, around 2,000 deferred Armed Forces pensions go unclaimed, often representing significant amounts of money. According to the Ministry of Defence’s 2025 report, over 15,000 pension benefits remain unclaimed, down from 17,100 in 2023. While this shows progress, there is still more to be done.
The Forces Pension Society Charitable Fund is supporting the Unclaimed Pensions Campaign, which aims to raise awareness and help eligible Veterans access the pension benefits they are entitled to.
